Global supply chains are complex, high-stakes systems, yet they’re often still managed with manual, slow processes like spreadsheets and data calls. The solution to this is Govini’s Ark platform — an application with guided workflows that integrates commercial and government data to highlight areas of defense and economic risk.
I led the 0-to-1 design of the Ark platform. Working closely with executive leadership, we defined the core loop of the application to align complex workflows and data structures. Within a year, we grew the team to support comprehensive feature design and partnered with development to deliver the MVP to defense industry customers to explore risk in global supply chains.
